Ways to Register

1. By E-Mail:

Complete the form online and then save it to your computer. E-mail it as an attachment to KIND Technology (info@kindtechnology.com) requesting that your student's name be placed on the class list. Then print the completed registration form and mail it to KIND Technology with either a check. If you have opted to pay online, an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to do so. Once the online payment is received, your student's place in the class will be reserved.

2. By Mail:

Complete the form online and then print it. Or print the blank registration form and complete it by hand. Mail it to KIND Technology with either a check. If you have opted to pay online, an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to do so. Once the online payment is received, your student's place in the class will be reserved.

3. By Fax

Complete the form online and then print it. Or print the blank registration form and complete it by hand. Fax completed registration form to KIND Technology at (240) 465-0365. Whether paying by check or opting to pay onine, you may fax the registration form first to get your student's name on the class list. Then mail the completed form along with the payment by check to secure the reservation, or complete the online payment process to secure the reservation.

Checks are payable KIND Technology. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted with the online payment option through PayPal.
